I think you´re get bluffraise quite often there. What he would really rep raising small that board. I think with 22/66 he should slowplay most of the times, since he would get all-in anyway against your overpairs. Player has to be really good to slowplay pf JJ-AA, so I think you also can remove these hands in his c/r range.
That leaves JX hands, that he may c/c, like JT, rather than c/r flop or KJ/AJ that he may c/r flop for value.
Since you have blocker to Jx I would personally b/c flop and go from there. Likely would call at least two streets and then on the river hope he gives up or sometimes going also to make hero call.
