Hey there!

Do you bet for value on the Turn? I think it is too thin so I will c/f the Turn. If he checks back, great! you can valuebet the River as he has 7x often

As played I do not think you are committed on the River because he needs to bluff 25% all the time to make this profitable due pot odds. Here a fish is betting Qx, flushes 100% of the time, sometimes (<10%) 7x and sometimes a bluff

I bet in turn for value from 7x like A7 K9, random hands of fish and most important for 5x and flush draws.
I think if i check the turn, the villan can float me eny river and i cant do enithing : /.
i do 3berrels in this sposts because a villan whit an strong hand have to raise in this board, if call his hand is face up .
I like c/f too because 7x and 6x do c bihind.
River i see a fold too, thank : )
