I see that i need silver+ to acces tournaments higher than 11$
How am i supposed to get that since i only play on stars and my account isn't tracked ?

If your playing at that stake you could just deposit a small amount on a site like WH. There you only need 1 $11 SnG per day for a week or so in order to get silver.
