pre is fine. i would 3bet against a more taggy player. against a lag (fishy type) i think its best just to flat.
donk/3bet or c/r/c both good imo. i think c/c is way too weak vs his super wide range when you hold the relative nuts. just try get it in now, maximizing his range anyway you can.
