This is fold. You can't call for call20 rule, because neither you nor your oponent have 20 times he 3bet (20*$0.20=$4). You don't have enough hands for correct stats read, but he is tight so he have you beat already. Easy fold.

Hello sebsejr,

Rather fold the hand. Usually on those stakes they don't 3bet that loose anyways and at the best it's a coinflip for us. Nice hand!
