i dont understand why my PT3 dont show HUD in mtt at pokerstars because on cash game tables it works corectly.

First of all I'll recommend switching to 3.11.6 BETA version.
2nd do you get any error message in import status(first tab of PT3) while playing MTTs?
no any erros, but one of my friends also using 3.10 version and for him HUD working on mtt

everything looks just right.
The only thing I can imagine is that you have no tournaments HUDs. But why would you delete default tournament HUD?
pls check Configure--> Configure HUD and if you have any tournament profile.
If you have go to HUD Options tab and check if you have "minimum hands required" set to 0
can't advise much more if I don't see it
