Skrill (Moneybookers) credits Loyalty Points where Participants receive 5 times as many Loyalty Points on their eligible transactions with Skrill (Moneybookers) (the “Promotion”).
How to participate
In order to take part in the promotion, you (the “Participant”):
-need to be a Skrill (Moneybookers) customer
-must be 18 years or older to use our services
-Skrill VIP status at the time of the Promotion or qualify for VIP status as described in section 5.
-Not be a holder of a business account (merchant account)
-Not be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Moneybookers Ltd or any company in the Skrill (Moneybookers) Group.
must have:
-clicked the ‘Participate’ button in the opt-in email from Skrill (Moneybookers) concerning this Promotion and have received the corresponding confirmation email to your registered email address
or:
signed up through the Promotion website
Eligible transactions and Loyalty Points credits
An eligible transaction is each payment you make from the day that you participate in the promotion (the "Participation Date"), not earlier than 0:00h GMT December 1st 2011, to 23:59h GMT January 22nd 2012, (the "Eligibility Period"), to merchants registered with Skrill (Moneybookers).
Participants earn Loyalty Points on all eligible transactions. For every eligible €1 transacted, an equivalent of 5 Loyalty Points is credited to the Participant’s Loyalty Club Points Balance.
General VIP Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions apply, which includes but is not limited to:
Transactions to Excluded Merchants are excluded from the eligible transactions.
You will not earn Loyalty Points on other transactions, such as person-to-person payments, uploads or withdrawals.
In case the participant has more than one account in different currencies (a ‘multi-currency account’), all transactions from all accounts will be taken into consideration for the Loyalty Points.
In case of multiple registrations per person, we take into account the first registered Participation Date for the promotion Eligibility Period.
Skrill (Moneybookers) reserves the right to disregard any transactions that Skrill (Moneybookers) in its sole but reasonable discretion deems an abuse of the promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the amount of cashback or transactions that are not for the personal purpose of the Skrill (Moneybookers) account holder.
Any abuse of the Promotion or failure to follow promotion rules may result in voiding all credited Loyalty Points and the termination of VIP status.
Redemption of Loyalty Club Points
Loyalty Points can be redeemed for cash or rewards as described in the VIP Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions. For an up-to-date overview of available rewards, visit http://moneybookers.loyaltypointstore.com/vipclubrewards.php.
The Participant must state by email how many points he wishes to convert to rewards or cash. The VIP Loyalty Club member can only convert points to rewards or cash in increments of the stated Points per Reward level as described on the VIP Loyalty Club webpage.
VIP status and VIP Loyalty Club membership
Participants that do not yet have VIP status with Skrill (Moneybookers) will be granted VIP status and Loyalty Club membership within 15 days after the end of the Promotion if they fulfilled the following conditions:
€4,000 or more in eligible transactions during the Eligibility Period

Participants that currently do not have VIP status and do not make the €4,000 requirement during the Eligibility Period, will not be granted VIP status nor receive Loyalty Club membership which means no Loyalty Points will be credited.
Skrill (Moneybookers) reserves the right to not grant VIP status in its sole discretion and when it sees fit. In such case, the customer will be informed by email about this decision.
End of Promotion
Skrill (Moneybookers) reserves the right to end this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion or to make changes to this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing participants by sending an email to the email account registered with the participant’s Skrill (Moneybookers) account.
