Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha H/L Cash, 5 Players

Hero (CO): $10.17 (101.7 bb)
BTN: $14.14 (141.4 bb)
SB: $10.24 (102.4 bb)
BB: $5.95 (59.5 bb)
MP: $5.63 (56.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A 4 J 2
MP folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.65) 4 2 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.31, BB raises to $1.55, Hero folds

BB 17/0/0.0/655, fold F to cBet 33% (9h), C/R F cBet 0% (22h)

When so many good things can happen for our high hand equity on the turn, should I just check behind on the flop with no low? Or just rep A3 and cBet?

If you check the flop you will be bet into on the turn. So I prefer a flop bet here and then a turn check as potentially it can be cheaper for you.
