888 Poker Fail (with proof)

Seems rather ridiculous of them! Are you aware there is a Live Support Team available after 3pm GMT? This may help you in getting it sorted quicker than email!

I spent a full hour before rego closed trying all possible support avenues to get it sorted, but nothing was available except for sending an email through customer support.
I was trying to find live support but there was none.
You say it has hours it is open and closed?
If this is the case it is lame due to the 24hr global action of the site.
Any other Aussies have trouble with this tourney tonight??

Hey Simon,

From memory its opened between 3pm and 11pm GMT. Has the tourney already started? Maybe you were only eligible for to enter one tournament?

Either way, I am sure 888 will get back to you as soon as they can.

Yeah as expected 888 hasn't responded to my emails yet.
It'll be 1 week tomorrow.

Got a response from 888 yesterday.
Oh yeah it took 10 days and they said sorry for the stuff up.
They gave me a free ticket to the $1K depositors freeroll for 24/12/2011, shame the Aussie's Only tourney was a $2K freeroll and super fishy presumably as the previous one was.
Well thats poker and thats 888 :rolleyes:.
