How do I get away from these situations?

The thing is, you can call a 3 bet. But you can only continue if you hit a set. And you know that if you hit your set villian will stack off with his overpair.

On Flop it is hard to get away from this hand ,but preflop I think this is very easy fold in micros.JJ also is very hard to play post flop espesiali OOP. There is no Flop that you would be glad to see

Preflop: Do you expect the opponent to 3bet here loose? Most likely I'd just fold the hand preflop while his 3bet is rather stronger vs MP. Also avoid such plays as we do postflop.

Postflop: Calling the flop is fine since he may still even CB with hands like AK or whatsoever but I don't really see how you can Call the river, you don't beat much there.
