Hello Slurpee,

Preflop: On those limits I'd still open 4xBB. :)
Postflop: Don't like the idea of Betting small on the flop and when draw completes Bet it bigger. I would do a normal Bet on the flop ~$0,35 or something similar rather than make it 1/2 pot size which may induce a raise and then we might even not able to Call being OOP. Otherwise pretty standard.
