How do I get away from situations like this? Should I have folded preflop after he 3bet?

The only way to get away is pre flop if villain is running 11/8 and has a nitty 3b%.

Hello adsefghijk,

Just fold it preflop, especially not even against a full stack. :) If we expect him to 3bet light then just ship preflop.
