I've been having a difficult time installing the ICM program. For one, when I click the setup/install icon a box pops up in a language that I can't speak. Then after I click the highlighted box I am taken to a site (a .NET site I think) where I can download all these .NET files and I don't know which one to click on.
Do any of you know how to install the ICM program? Could you list out the steps for me?

If I'm wrong it still won't hurt to have .NET installed, many programs use it these days.
