I think you have played this hand well Pre, on Flop and on Turn.
With this stats from vaillian I would play the River CC, if the bet is not to high. His handrange is big and he could have two pair TP or Straight on the river.
Have you any reads from other hands?

Most likely block-bet/Folding the river is the best option since there are still some weaker hands which he may easily even Call us. 
There is most likely not many hands from we get value anyways by Check/Calling, if we go for Check then most likely we go for Check/Fold.

Not got any reads on villian :(, kinda figured it would be best for me to try block bet river, rather than check and him bet ~90c-$1??
EDIT: oops posted that without seeing the reply from veriz, thanks for the analyis, anyone know what kinda range he has on river, thinking 9T,99. Cant think of any more that he raises, as flush draw didnt get there?

Well, just pay a closer attention on the board. ♦ Any 9x already beats you. You don't beat much there than just bluff.
