Range depends on reads/stats a lot. Ur problem here is that two other players have u covered so your range should be fairly strong, which should be even more true if u are playing against unknowns. If however u know the players behind u fold too much to steals then u can try to steal the dead money.
As for the ICM I'm sure it would recommend a fold.

Personally, i would minraise or just fold it, depending on my opps. Not worth open shoving just because it's really unlikely that someone is going to resteal with weaker hand. So when they all fold, it's same EV as if you shoved, but if they reshove on you, you can be confident that you're beat and so you lose less when they have a hand.

However, you need some postflop skills in case someone decides to flat (most likely BB). Also, you must takes notes on people reshoving ranges, so you know that no one's exploiting you.
