I've just upgraded to a new machine but can't install the sidekick software when its run it gives a failed to intialise error , any suggestions

Hey vladordog,
at which point are you experiencing problems? Try saving the downloaded file beforehand.
You could also try downloading it with Internet Explorer.
Also, make sure you have all windows updates installed and your operating system is up to date!
