Pre flop I figured it was worth a call given positon & our stack sizes.

On the flop I hit open ended straight & flush draw.

My approach was to try to hit & then most of the money in, although on the turn I figured he may be willing to fold his hand after his check. Getting called wasn't a total disaster, if he is willing to call on turn he is at least likely to pay us for one more bet on the river giving us ok odds on our bet.

How would you play this, raise the flop?

Hello Philfox1985,

I'd most likely raise it right on the flop while we are even so deep. But of course it ain't a huge mistake when he even bets pot there and to take pot control. Nice hand overall!

Best Regards.
