I am Connor. I am living in Wellington, NZ (fourth coolest capital in the world) and I am 21. I started a new user blog so most of the introduction is in the there. Looking forward to improve my game by following posts here. So far I have really enjoyed it.

I know Tangiers and Tel Aviv are right up there. I think the 3rd best is London from what I know. but not entirly sure

As far as I know Hamburg and New York are not capitals. I am not sure how this ranking came together. I'll try and find the article... but I am not going to lie Wellington is pretty damn cool.
Edit: Btw... If I had to make the ranking my top 10 would be...
1. Madrid
2. Istanbul
3. Wellington (obviously...)
4. London
5. Rome
6. Edinburgh (love the place!)
7. Vienna
8. Prague
---- Ok I have also been to Paris but I can't put them in this ranking, sorry. Haha
The my favourite non capitals have to be: NY, Barcelona, Philadelphia
