take a bigggg break, same thing happened to me, the rest of the bankroll went on tilt of course..
Rest for 2-3 days, look at some videos, helps a lot.

Relax dude , Im losing money with 72o!!! Every time I shove with this hand I seem to get beat, I think the next step for me is to polarize my range and bet 27o !!!!

First get a break on poker.

Then you should re avaluate your sessions, find some of your leaks, watch many videos as you can.

And finally, put more game volume, you will see you downswing getting away really fast GL.

hit and run for a couple days.....good for the confidence to pick up a small win or two...nothing major, if you pick up a buy keep it and turn the computer off. you start putting a string of wins together, even small, your confidence can build off of that and soon you'll find yourself winning xxx amount of days in a row and you want to keep the streak going. things will turn, but don't force it.
