I can't answer due to lack of experience, but I think it would vary based on what time you're playing at.

Someone who grinds daily in the morning would get a different result to someone who grinds in the evening.

At certain times when a lot of recreational players are on, the average STT could have a couple of busts in the first level, and due to week fields, a quicker tourney ensues.

The result would also vary based on the skill of yourself - if you suck, you're average play time would be less than someone who often finds themselves ITM.

depends on:
- how many tables you are playing
- what stakes you are playing
- what time of day you are playing

your question is too vague

Or Russia!!! With their weird strategies (PS members excluded obv), seriously though there are an insane amount of Russians that play real fishy, yet oddly the same way at Stars.
