I can't grab hands. I've tried with several keys from version .23 but none of them works.
Now, with .26, I get a popup when I click the 'V' hud button (I didn't know what it was for) telling me the hand is being grabbed, but then it's not marked in the db.

I play at Titan.

Afaik Hotkey arent supported. You have to click manually. Overall the Grab'em version is still pretty buggy.
