Party, $2.70 Buy-in (50/100 blinds) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 9 Players

MP3: 1,220 (12.2 bb)
CO: 1,830 (18.3 bb)
Hero (BB): 1,950 (19.5 bb)
UTG+2: 2,995 (30 bb)
MP1: 1,690 (16.9 bb)
SB: 470 (4.7 bb)
BTN: 4,135 (41.4 bb)
UTG+1: 3,930 (39.3 bb)
MP2: 1,780 (17.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J J
UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls 100, MP1 raises to 400, 5 folds, Hero raises to 1,950 and is all-in, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls 1,290 and is all-in

Flop: (3,530) 4 2 5 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Turn: (3,530) 8 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: (3,530) 7 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Fish limps, 24/24 in 21h isolates, I shove. Is this correct?

Hey, versus a unknow player I would make that move with TT+, AKo.

The villian stats counts a bit, sometimes I open my 3bet AI range vs a loose player, or a fish.

We have to assume that our fold equity doesn't exist in this situations, so lets treat this as a shove.
He shouldn't be shoving tighter than 99+, AQ+ against this range you have a call. I wouldn't go wider without reads.
