i sort of get the idea of c/ring the F but i don't rly get the c/r/c -line, esp. if you're c/fing a turn that is this good for your hand and so bad for your perceived range.

I'd actually like a c/c on T, as played since i'd expect most ppl bet this kind of sizing with their air every time on T just to fold out your draws. Even tho, i don't think this big sizing is necessary but ppl don't like to bet <1/2pot for some reason.

Or that'd be my line if villain would be playing normally, instead of having full ring stats in 3-handed game...

Well, the odds are pretty tempting but seems that you had zero plan after the call. Also, if someone is playing this tightly, i doubt he perceives you having tp in your F value raising range.

This c/r call line seems so weak to me. I'd bet that turn almost always expecting villain to fold. I think You have to call it down for that reason, otherwise it's pointless play on flop. I like just calling on flop and going from there. When You c/r that board, You're reping basically only draws and You will get 3bet there a lot if your villain is good.

Is there any way I can exploit his low 3bet sizing then? Or am I always playing push or fold there

First of all I think the call pre is kind of loose, I'd probably fold or 3bet (rather folding given the loose image) but I guess with some good reads you can argue for calling.

By calling and not folding the turn.

Esp on the 4 I'd most likely call down if I suspect he has a bluffingrange.
A push doesn't make much sense unless you think he's 3bet/folding better hands which is unlikely when he perceives you to be bluffing because then he's gonna bluffcatch with most made hands himself.
