is this bad played by me or unlucky?

Hi, the hands doesnt really belong into this thread but i don't know where else to put hands from freeroll, and i just want to see others ppl opinion on the way i played the hands. Because i think i played it standartly just too bad the cards weren't with me especially when ppl push there with Ace + any weak kicker, and then they get lucky that they hit the Ace. 1 of 5 times meh..

first hand is Jc Kc, but i was on UTG2 so i just called a 160 bet with blinds 40/80 mb could have reraised but i just felt like don't wanna invest in this pot that much in case i don't hit on the flop and then i have to lose/ or win more chips with continuation bet. Anyways the flop is as u can see Ks 5h 4s,so i decided to just push in here and move all my chips in because of the possible flush draw and straight draws out there. Unfortunely i got called and he showed pocket Fours, so i knew im beat, but well he had a little bit less chips then me before the hand started so i was still live, but very shortstack :< ,
