Advanced Task Killer - saved my battery life by about 5 hours.
I have a Samsung and I normally charge it everyday.
Worse. Phone. Ever and will be delighted when this contract is up and can get something different.
I have the Samsung Galaxy Ace. Cheapest on the market I think, but its my first Android, so thought i'd keep it simple 
I have Samsung Galaxy S and I charge it everynight, never had a problem with the battery time 
If you don't have to charge your smartphone every day you probably don't use it for anything but the watch lol
