the question is : "is possible to write to other users before becoming their friends?" " for example if you want to write about a topic that is not used and you have a question for them, how can you do that? thanks very much

Hope you dont mind but i've moved your question to beginner questions
Im afraid the only way to contact people through the community tool is by adding them as a friend first, this stops people getting unwanted messages, people sending spam to every community member and so on.
