first hand i call and all in beacuse CO almost 4bet 67% hands.
The second hand i call beacuse BB is a Loose player Special i am in position.

#1:

You can go broke here if he steals a lot from CO and 4-bets a lot, but be careful because your sample size is not that big and he probably only 4-bet 2 out of 3 hands. Once you see what ranges he steal/4-bets with you can adapt accordingly.

#2:

If he is as loose as you say it's way more profitable to go all-in preflop against his loose range than to call and hope to hit an A or a Q on the flop. Just 4-bet all-in.
