I just read the article on NL HU basics and saw the advice that one should play HU only if the max rake per hand is no larger than 2BBs.
I just checked WilliamHill's website on information about rake and I found out that playing HU on WH, according to the PS article, would be advised only from NL50 and up. Is that correct?
that applicates to pretty much all sites, even on nl50 stars the rake is 9.3bb/100 so that's quite big. if you do table select and don't play vs the nits, then you could play like nl20/25, but you can grind HUsngs too

I thought we're looking just at the rake cap.
what i mean is that 9,3bb goes to rake per 100 hands, i think stars have a 0,5$ cap at nl50 tho

How do you measure that and where did you get such strange statistics? I thought that rake is expressed either in terms of the rake cap or the amount of $ that go to rake per a certain amount of $ in the pot.
i just used my 20k hands sample on stars to see it, idk about other, but for me imo it's the best objective, how big the rake is
