Villain steals 60% from SB and folds to 3bet 73%. Fold to cbet 76%. 3bet preflop? On flop I think his range is 77 and FD's so I call and get it in on turn.

SB ($25.45)
Hero ($25)
UTG ($16.30)

fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.25, SB calls $1.50

FLOP ($4.50) 3♦ K♥ 7♥

SB checks, Hero bets $2.80, SB raises to $5.60, Hero calls $2.80

Hi,

He can also have there sometimes bluffs.
Either way not going to fold my tp hand, so getting all-in is fine

Best regards,

Villain actually showed up with AKo. What do you think about his play (calling 3bet oop)?

In this exact scenario, it works out perfectly for him and he gets a stack instead of me folding to his 4bet. I know it doesn't always work like that, but maybe it 's not bad to mix this in (with position). What do you think?

Hi,

if unknown player would 3-bet me then very likely I´d also call first time with AK. Question is if being oop better is to 4-bet and go with your hand, since you miss too often postflop, but ip I think it is perfectly fine just call unless games are really aggressive and there is basically 3-bet every time if you open.

best regards,
