I wonder if I can use HEM 1 and HEM 2 on the same computer or will HEM2 insist that I must upgrade HEM1? Would there be any other problems? I need HEM1 for PKR room.

You can use them both. But by default they won't allow to be run at once, but you can turn it off but then make sure that they both aren't importing from the same poker room or it will be a mess.
