I'd fold flop - reasons:

1) we have only 7 high flush draw!! it's limped pot so we will be very often behind
2) limped pot => the opps will think it's high probability that somebody has flush when we hit => don't pay us
3) MP1 who looks like a fish is sitting on about 65bb ..Not enough!

Only sb's line indicates an FD I dont fear Mp1 has overflush here. On the flop you can count some implied, on the turn you get very good odds.

On the river it's standars I'd rather put MP1 on 2P or set or straight (KQ) there.

That's the problem with those 7high flushes. What worse do you expect to raise you on the river? ♦ 2pairs, straight - never. So it's an easy fold even there, to avoid any marginal situations just fold it on the flop while you haven't invested any cent.
