I think he has a weaker flushdraw most of the time and so I shouldve called

Nah, I wouldn't count on that honestly. He is calling your 3bet OOP, I don't expect him to be doing that with a lot of Jx type of hands.

However, here, you shouldn't be 3betting pre. Just call IP and play the fish.

As played, clear fold imo.
