They don't work properly for me :(

For instance.

Small Talk Has Red Marker.
I go into Small Talk, Open up the 1 Red Marked Topic.
Click back to "PokerStrategy.com Forum" and the Forum Marker is still red, for unread.
I then go back in, the Topic is now White, so no new posts.
Click on "PokerStrategy.com Forum" and then it turns white, as it should.

I hope that makes sense?

If not, i'll make a short recording of my screen :P

I also use Chrome, if that helps.

Hey Matt :)

Thanks for your post.

Have you tried with another browser too? can you tell me please if you're still experiencing the same issue?

Thanks

Hey!

If you're using the back (<-) button of your browser, that's not refreshing every information when you do that. You should click on the "PokerStrategy.com Forum" every single time.

Try not to use the back button on sites with constantly changing information.

Cheers!

Hey Matt,

Instead of clicking on PokerStrategy.com Forum scroll to the bottom and click on "jump to" the board you are currently active on (it contains a drop down bar) When clicking this it will bring you back to that forum and if you then click on PokerStrategy.com Forum it should be corrected :)

Best regards,
Gary

I went to a different board :P But it does work this way. It seems the forum marker will only go white when you see all the Topics within that forum are all white. But it is a long winded way if your constantly checking different forums :(

I'm not sure but it might be that there are some old posts which you didn't read and so it leaves the marker on. There's "Mark forum as read" button at top right, you can use that and it will work for sure :)
