i run the latest version of elephant
here is my problem

the hud is verry smal and not in its place
i have selected the black theme option from elephant
any sugestions?

Hallo!
The theme you are using is not the black theme, or not the old black theme. So I am afraid, your theme will not be supportet.

on more problem thou do you know what to do about selecting the layout form options ?
if there is a hud guide for the hud on elephant please point me to it

select a hud that's also available in the hud options.
You need to use a layout that's supported by PokerStrategy.com Elephant.
