MP: $28.28
Hero (CO): $21.19
BTN: $26.95
SB: $38.43
BB: $75.48
UTG: $25.00

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is CO with 7 :spade: 8 :club: Q  9
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, BTN calls $0.85, SB calls $0.75, 1 fold

Flop: ($2.80) A :club: 9 :spade: 9 :club: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $1.99, SB folds, Hero raises to $8.63, BTN calls $6.64

Turn: ($20.06) Q :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $13.25, Hero calls $11.71 all in

River: ($43.48) Q :club: (2 players - 1 is all in)

Final Pot: $43.48
Hero mucks 7 :spade: 8 :club: Q  9  (a full house, Queens full of Nines)
BTN shows A :diamond: 6 :diamond: A :spade: 6 :club: (a full house, Aces full of Queens)
BTN wins $41.31

It was easy for me because my stack was only 80 BB.
MAIN QUESTION : I dont know how to play this hand with stack size >= 200BB?
I see only one way - flop, turn - check call, river - very hard check fold

Check/fold the turn. When BTN snaps off your checkraise on the flop he has A9 or AA 100% of the time.

That checkraise isolated yourself against better hands. If villain was bluffing you just made him fold, so his entire calling range beats your checkraise.

Think about what you would do if you actually had AA on this flop. Lead out for 80 cents and try to build the pot, hoping for a call off AKxx
