Flat pre imo, don't wanna play 3bet pots oop. Bet flop a bit bigger, so we can jam some turns.
As played I would bet turn again expecting that straights, 2 pairs and combo draws would have raised on flop. Expecting him to give up alot.

Preflop was bad.

The rest of the hand there are no good moves for you. If you are going to bet, it has to be big since you can't fold to a raise with your draw. By betting smaller you're just pricing in flush draws.

But this could all have been fixed by not 3 betting preflop and then just check/folding the flop (or possibly peeling one off if button bets this flop).

As played I think you have to jam the turn as well, villain didn't raise and I expect him to with 2 pair/straights so stick it in on the turn. That king may be good for him, hands like KK plus diamonds or just any king high flush draw may have 2 pair, but since you made a bad cbet on the flop you have to stick it in now with 1 pot sized bet left.
