vs vilalin i was mostly playing pot control with big hands we were on other tables together and i always had positon on him he was on mine direct right and i take pot control line INP

also i take 2-3 times pot control line OOP at this table when i was in blinds with big PP

at previos tbale i 3bet him ones he 4bet me i fold
i fold vs 3bets shoves from otehr players couple of times
never 4bet before

Fold vs 3bet pre if BTN is a big fish, he can't (shouldn't) be getting too out of line since you will often just flat here and then BTN flats and it goes multiway.

I just see very little bluffs in his range.

Post sad as it is vs this villian I will 1/3rd pot bet/fold. I think when you try to pot control and like call down and stuff you are just gna get valueowned so I prefer to just turn my hand into bluff on flop

Based on ur reads on Bryan this seems like an ok spot to 4bet. U should make it way less though, like 2.05x bet is enough. As played once he calls this sizing he's very nutted IMO so u gotta decide how he plays qq and kk otr. Based on ur reads folding otr is best.

Based on my play w him live, folding to that size 3bet is best, as played prob bet flop for value vs qq+. And river is a snapfold

i dont realy understand u ....

so what r u saying that his range is? qq+? i mean as played before flop

what range do u think is ok to play that way in his spot pre?

what range do u think he has as played on river?

if you want to 4bet i like to 4b smaller -> ip 2x is enough!
but with that fish on the button do you really thing this abc-straightforward pro is 3betting with a lot of weak type of hands? he knows that button is going to flat a lot especially with this small 3bet size -> so problably fold is better!

as played i play the turn as well and if you call the turn he needs to give something at least an ax or another strongt hand that you played slow. so i'm not sure how often he really bluffs the river against that call on the turn!
greets

-i dont know if Bryan knows that BTN is fish
- about sizing imo i first type it it 81k and the thought about it and make it 91k
due the fish on btn
+ giving good odds for Bryan to call how deep we r
+ making smaler race is giving bigger illusion good FEQ for him to 5bet jam on me and i dont realy like that tbh
so when all that said i'm ok like my 4bet sizing, although in retrospective i think best should be something between 95-100k (cos we will be left with only potsize bet behind on flop = max fold eq pre)

yea but on the flipside it becomes an awful price to bluff then and if u have a weak range villain prints all the money shipping it in and getting you to fold when you almost have the correct odds to call it off vs his range.....

81k is my personal sizing, i make it roughly 1/4 of my stack and i'm pretty balanced doing this, i add more value hands in spots where i feel ppl will play back more, and more bluff hands in spots where i feel ppl will play back less.

u dint say anything about Bryan range ...?

the thing for 4 betting was that i was laggy agro runing over table, oepning a ton and wining blinds and pots with Cbet, but i never show down bad hand or 4 bet before, i once 3bet Bryan @ other table UTG+1 vs UTG+2 and he 4bet me and i fold,
so cos my image and dead money in the pot i think that that was great spot for Bryan to 3bet sqz which makes good spot for me to 4bet (as bluff with blocker)

I understand ur reasoning and said it's fine with ur information. But I wouldn't do it cause I have different information. Given ur information u should make it less though. His range onec he calls such a huge size is very strong

@strong range? define strong range lol? like TT+,AK+, or?

btw @huge size, common... that size is not huge is like 2,5 his 3bet and we r 50bb deep and with that dead money from fish he is getting like 2,8:1 with my 4bet sizing so... imo everything form 81k-100k is ok (tbh in retrospective prefer 100k in this spot)..., huge should be something like 120k but w/e

stronger than that, I think bryan ships TT JJ and AK.

i define huge by proportion of effective stack. here you make it 26.2% which I personally don't do, 25% as an absolute maximum is sufficient. and in terms of multiples of his bet size, you don't need to make it 2.5x as a 4bet almost ever. the pot odds he is getting doesn't matter that much seeing as he's not going to be able to see a showdown very often without putting in the rest of his chips!

u mean he will 5 bet ship TT-JJ /AK, never fold them, never call them?

i see, ok.

so what do u think best line is for her to take as played pre?

- cbet flop or check behind is ok?
if hero cbet and villain calls or raise we should give up right, or no?

- as played on turn imo calling is best i dont think raising is any good here, r u ok with that, or?

- obv as played your advice for river is to fold... what range r u puting him on river, as played?

Don't think he has 88. With your reads he can have QQ I guess. I feel he doesn't here but that's based on my reads :).

y tx i dont think that he have 88 nether just saying cos if he flats smething like tt-jj, he should be flating 77-jj here imo but tbh i think flating anything in that spot pre in his place is bad (except for traps obv)
