i'm rather like to call preflop and hit the set.
If you make 3bet vs fishy player, you often will be playing out of position. With one or more overcards on the flop you have to check/fold and with no overcards the strength of your hand is unclear(MP2 can call Cbet with flush dro, 7x or 88-QQ).

With decent postflop skills (that is winning money without hitting a set), you can call preflop.

I don't like the 3bet for the reasons given above so sometimes im folding and sometimes im calling this preflop :)
