After 40 hands, it's hard to tell if his 5 PFR is correct, so i'm just aprroximately narrowing down his range to 88+ which gives me 48.2% EQ. Given that assumption, i think calling is correct. (If we play for his whole stack i need 44.3%.)

Because villain is almost AI, i think it is realistic to assume he would bet his whole 88+ range on that turn, giving me 50% EQ. Against a 100bb stack i would probably have folded here. Correct lines?
