how to play on turn against a fish and how against a reg?

Hi,

I would prefer raising turn and playing for stacks against both players. You´re very likely ahead and therefor should raise for value and protection, also there can be scare cards on the river where he might just c/c or c/f worse hands and you don´t get more value out of your hand.
