JJ pre flop

I ship it, 8 blinds behind, this small raise looks like a monster.

Hi, in my opinion I will shove vs a reg/medium player. But in this case, the villian is a fishy player, and I think if I push he don't understard that i can be steeling. So my line was to try to get more value pre flop, knowing his gonna flat me raise a lot of times.

Just shove pre. More than half of the time there is gonna be an overcard on the flop and you hate life. JJ is a very strong hand, yet vulnerable postflop.

Yes usually. Shoving over a limp for 9bb w JJ 5-handed is never gonna be a mistake. This way you also make up for the positional disadvantage. Stack sizes are too shallow for postfop play + we don't want to end in a nasty spot facing one or 2 overs. The fact that he is a loose casual with a big stack makes it even better. We are gonna get called more often.
