Ok to check the river or should i of value bet it?

if his AF is quite low and you don't think he's capable of a c/r river with a rivered flush (which is the best play for him in this spot), i would fire a third barrel at around half his remaining stack.

against a decent player though i'd just check behind


he took his time each time he called my bet which got me thinking that he is fishing for the flush or straight.. when he took his time on the river before checking i thought he might of hit his draw and trying to check raise as i would try to do the same..

He is a decnt player and i have also seen him make those plays before..

If I smell soething fishy, then I would chechk behind, any 8 or :spade: would beat you here. I think you can´t play bet/fold, so if you´re uncertain if you should valuebet or check, then check.
