Hi,
don´t think you should bet turn. Ax hands would not fold and draws may shove. I think better is to c/c or c/f turn to let him bet his floats and finally decide on the river if you want to call him down

So the "if you call the turn, you have to call the river" saying is not something you always have to do. Yeah? 
It depends so much to the players and consider it is 3-bet pot I think you get most of the times your free showdown if you´re ahead. Also if river is heart, you likely don´t beat much, so then folding is also fine.
