How do I correctly play the turn?

I have a Thigh Flush and the raise of the BTN is very weak (after two rounds of checking anyone bets anything) but I still have no way of knowing if my flush is good enough so I fold.

I can't see CO checking the flop back with a nut flush draw, but he might with a Queen or Jack high flush draw so call the turn bet, villain will typically give up on the river if he doesn't have it (though he might bet again with a naked ace of clubs so there could be justification for calling down here).

All comes down to your personal read on how tight CO is.
