Villain is 42/26/6.4

I call preflop in the hope of hitting a nice SD but instead I flop a Jh flush. Since the villain is so agressive I don't really know whether my flush is good enough. Its possible he flopped a higher flush but that's pretty unlikely (also with a 3rd :diamond: in my hand). So I decide to just call the flop. The turn card is a complete blank so aside from two flopped higher flushes I should be way ahead so I checkraise hoping to see top set or even two-pair.

On the one hand I feel it was stupid to go all-in with a Jh flush but on the other hand I can't really see a better situation to do so? How do you play in this situation ?

Your hand isn't that great out of position, especially holding 3 middling diamonds. It's hard to ever imagine you hitting a flush and someone paying you off with a worse flush.

So this ultimately makes your hand unsuited for all intents and purposes.

Flop: BTN certainly doesn't look weak on the flop but this all comes down to your personal read on him. Against some people I would snap fold here and against some others I call.

However soon as BTN bets the turn he always has it here so it's a fold for sure. If you were good on the turn it would go check/check 100% of the time.
