Is the size of the flop bet good? I wanted to avoid that someone received good odds on the veeeery likely SD.

You are 3way and want to get value from sd/wrap maybe lower sets, potting here is standard I think, the mentioned hands will continue or ship the flop accordingly.

I would typically bet a little bit less than full pot, around 70% ($1) but that's just for balance. You have 2 blockers to the straight draw as well to help.

If there was a flush draw showing as well then I would bet full pot as my bet is very likely to get called at this point.
