Hi again gnawhalak,

first of all i suggest you to reload to 10$ so you have always at least 100bb.

You hit your perfect flop here. It couldn't get better for you.

Villain could easily have very worse hand than your is. Also there are some hands on turn that you don't want to see so re-raise him and go broke. We just cannot fold our two pairs here.

I just want to point out another thing. When you called villian's min raise what was your plan? It is obvious that villains is continuing with betting i guess so if you have a plan to fold to Turn bet it is better to fold on flop.

Hope you are satisfied with an answer and wish you good luck at the tables.

thanks.. i guess i just sat at the table and forgot to check the auto reload box..

i was trying to pot control on the flop, fold on the turn. and if he checks on the turn, i'd bet for value..

you are very welcome:)

As i said before i think you don't have to pot control here since you have very strong hand and i think the only goal here is to extract as much value as possible.

Seems really close.

Given him a lot of J8/J7 2p hands so countered this with maybe more AJ then he usually has. Half the combos of AA-QQ and 2 combos of JJ

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 49.079% 45.03% 04.05% 19171 1722.00 { 8s7s }
Hand 1: 50.921% 46.88% 04.05% 19955 1722.00 { AdAh, AdAs, AhAs, KdKh, KdKs, KhKs, QdQh, QdQs, QhQs, JcJd, JcJs, 88-77, AJs, KJs, J8s-J7s, T9s, 87s, AJo, Td9c, Th9c, Th9d, Ts9c, Ts9d, Ts9h, 8d7c, 8h7c, 8h7d, 8s7c, 8s7d, 8s7h }

Guess we go broke?

Hello gnawhalak,

Add to full stack if playing BSS.

3bet/Folding is out of question here, worst play I would say. If you plan to 3bet then you should also plan to play for the stacks.

About the hand it's kind of close. For as it's pretty much towards to a flip situation:

Board: 8♣7♦J♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    50.95%  50.38%   0.57% { JJ, 88-77, AJs, KJs, QJs, JTs, J8s-J7s, T9s, AJo, KJo, QJo, JTo, J8o, T9o }
UTG+1  49.05%  48.47%   0.57% { 8s7s }

I did even add a lot of Jx hands and if I'd remove them then we would have less equity. So therefore I'd really rather 3bet/Broke here than just Call and give up pretty much on a blank turn card. He is going to Bet all his Jx hands there anyways so no point to Call the flop & give up on turn.

Best Regards.
