I just noticed that if i upgrade to a premium account on Party Poker i can get 2 tickets for the Party Poker's next quarterly million tournament
How much would i have to deposit to qualify for this?

I assume you already have an account at Party Poker.
From what I can gather it should be $10 and enter the bonus code PSDB100
I'm not too sure about this though - but I suspect it's only for new accounts

i took a quick look at the Party poker forum board and what i found is the 50k depositor freeroll

oh i think you meant this one! the prizes are the tickets to the quarterly million aside from cash. read about it here:

I think he might be trying to combine the two freeroll specials (the weekly $2,280 and the $50k) but they require seperate bonus codes.
