Against an unknown who looks a bit loose I might as well just get the free card and control the pot.

You do have a combo draw but it's a super weak one (villain might be calling with a hand that dominates you, like a higher spade draw [edit] or a higher straight, be wary of overplaying the low end of the straight [/edit]).

*IF* you bet the turn I think you must go ahead and bet again on the river most of the time - and 3 barrelling against a loose unknown is a recipe for disaster.

As played it gets interesting on the river... while we have no showdown value and might be tempted to bluff on a very dangerous board, most of villain's range will have at least a pair now and I don't think they would fold to easily scared by a potential Q. As a matter of fact, I think if your opponent had nothing he would have bet the river himself since your range might have quite a bit of trash.

Thus as I see it giving up is fine, nice hand.
