Neither of my programs are importing any hands, i've checked that pokerstars is actually saving hand history and tried to manually import the hands. Can anyone help?

Pokerstars changed the handhistory format.
You need to use HM2 build 6122. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Update.exe
